Other meetings

Within the Environment Sensitive Farming project, ADAS is helping to set up a number of farmer discussion groups throughout England. Once formed, each group will meet on a regular basis to discuss the environmental and practical issues raised within the project, and examine ways forward for practical land managers. Each group will be assisted at meetings by one or more trained advisers from the project.

Once groups are formed, their details will be placed on this website, together with a contact name. If you are interested in joining one of the listed groups, or would like to suggest a new group, please make contact.

Included in the list below are events to be held by other organisations at which an Environment Sensitive Farming speaker has been asked to give a presentation. To attend these events please use the contacts details provided and NOT the Environment Sensitive Farming booking line.

The Test and Itchen Discussion Group has been set up as part of the ESF project to give farmers and their advisors clear, up to date, practical advice on issues that will increase output or reduce costs AND benefit the environment
